Event Details

Decree 152 concerning the management of foreigners working in Vietnam has brought challenges to employers relative to the Vietnam Work Permit landscape with crucial consequences for companies seeking to send their employees into the country and extend current assignments especially during the current global pandemic and Vietnams fight against the delta variant of COVID-19.

The AusCham and BritCham webinar speakers will explain the recent changes to the work permit law and how they affect expatriates, especially in the education sector. They will give practical advice on what to do in individual circumstances and will discuss the efforts being made with the government to improve the application process.

This is a must attend event for all foreign workers to understand the changes and understand how to navigate the new laws.
