For many young leaders, career development is their top priority. Their work always comes first, even if it is at the expense of their physical and mental health. At one point, such unbalanced lifestyle will take a toll on them and cause irreversible damage to their general wellbeing.
This inspired us to choose "Live Green - Eat Fresh" as the theme for the upcoming YBL gathering. We believe sustainable productivity starts from the most basic choices we make on a day-to-day basis - how we eat and take care of ourselves.
