Ms. Thanh has been the Leader of Deloitte Vietnam for a quarter of a century (from 1998 to 2023). She is one of the first practicing Auditors in Vietnam and the first Vietnamese to go to the United States to study Independent Auditing in 1995, she has made significant contributions not only to Deloitte but also to the Vietnamese Accounting and Auditing industry since its inception in 1991. Ms. Thanh's extensive professional experience has been accumulated and enhanced through 40 years of working in the fields of financial consulting, corporate governance, accounting and auditing covering Vietnam, the United States and other countries in the Deloitte network. She has in-depth experience in the field of Coaching - developing leadership skills for leaders of large Vietnamese corporations, multinational companies, foreign-invested enterprises and other companies.

Ha joins Firm since 2004. She had two year break for studying in Australia before coming back to Deloitte Vietnam in 2009. She is currently HR Senior Manager and deliver HR services to Audit and Risk Advisory Function of Deloitte Vietnam.
Ha started her career at Deloitte Vietnam as an executive Assistant to Deloitte Vietnam Partners. She then built her interest in Human Resources and pursue HR services. Her expertise is Performance Management and Talent Management.
Ha holds a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
