Chau is the Executive Director, Legal Transaction for SC Capital Partners Group, a funds manager managing RECAP opportunistic funds investing in real estate. She leads (legally) all transactions for SC Capital Pan Asia including Australia and Vietnam.
She has near to 20 years work experience in the real estate sector - highly experienced in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international corporate/commercial law. Chau has been living and working from Vietnam for 14 years and is highly regarded for her real estate insights and knowledge within Vietnam and is appointed on the Panel of Judges for the Vietnam Property Awards, 2022 being the 7th year. Chau launched the first annual AusCham - Vietnam Real Estate Symposium in 2012 – this is now its 10th year running.
Chau has served as a board director of the Auscham Vietnam between 2012 -2021. She was the Chairwoman for Auscham Vietnam in 2017 and 2018
Chau is a Foundation Member of AustCham ASEAN, served as Chair in 2020 and 2021 and is currently the Vice Chair.
Chau also sits on the Australia Vietnam Leadership Dialogue Advisory Board, UNICEF Vietnam Corporate Advisory Board, the Asean-Australia Education Dialogue Advisory Committee and RMIT Vietnam School of Business Management Industry Advisory Board.
Chau is Australian raised, bread-fed educated lawyer, holding a Bachelor of Arts /Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and Masters of International Law (Honors) from University of Sydney. She is married to a Vietnamese husband with 3 children.

Will has a bachelor’s in economics and philosophy from the Queen’s University in Canada as well as a CFA and spent the vast majority of his 25 years of professional life in global banks such as JPM, Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Citi. He started his career in research of structured credit/finance, then moved to product development of capital markets products/financing solutions, investment banking services for wealthy Asian families and most recently developing and implementing digital solutions to target younger families and professionals in Asia to help them accumulate wealth. He also spent time in the ‘digital world’ such as with Lazada where he played a key role in the end-to-end management of a cross-border marketplace, including initiatives such as the launch of Lazada’s first celebrity KOL shop with Korea’s famous rapper G-Dragon.

Ben has worked in Vietnam since 2014 having started his career in London in 2006. With professional services and investment brokerage background, he specializes in transaction-led, cross-boarder capital origination and private placement, capital structuring and deal advisory as well as actively working on commercial property sales & acquisition across all asset classes and geographies.

Paul has brought a wealth of experience to DFDL Thailand and Vietnam. Prior to joining DFDL, he worked with Limcharoen Legal in Bangkok managing the workflow for their offices in Phuket, Samui, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok.

He has advised individual buyers, developers and investment groups on real estate investment in Vietnam and Thailand with specific emphasis on corporate structuring, acquisitions, and branding in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phuket, Koh Samui and Chiang Mai. He has also advised investors on the intricacies of tokenization of real estate and foreign ownership limitations in ASEAN countries.

As a key member of the Knight Frank Global Data Centre team since 2018, Fred has led multiple Data Centre projects for some of Knight Franks long standing clients, transacting over $500m of data centre real estate.
Fred’s core area is investment and development, and with this Fred has advised on a number of data centre real estate transactions including development land, powered shells and operational platforms across Europe and APAC on behalf of investors, operators and cloud service providers.
Fred is the Data Centre lead for Knight Frank in APAC and is based in Singapore full time working closely alongside the Knight Frank affiliates across the region as well as the Global Data Centre team in the UK.
He has a strong network from working alongside Data Centre Operators, finding their latest development sites through to advising on colocation lease disposals. With this, he is also able to liaise extensively with engineers, telecoms providers and the hyperscale cloud communities.

Paul Tonkes is the Industrial Deputy Director of Indochina Kajima Development (ICCK), involved with day-to-day business involving the roll out of the industrial pipeline. In 2016, Indochina Capital partnered with Kajima Corporation to establish Indochina Kajima (ICCK). On the 6th of July 2022, ICCK launched Core5 Vietnam, an industrial and logistics real estate development and operation platform. Currently 3 projects are under construction with premier project located in Deep C Industrial Zone in Hai Phong ready to handover.

Prior to ICCK, Paul worked for Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam as Director of Logistics & Industrial Services, and BecamexIDC, largest industrial park & township developer in Vietnam for 9 years. Paul has been working 2 decades in real estate, transitioning from commercial real estate to industrial in 2010 when moving to Vietnam.

Growing it to be in the top 4 domestic delivery business in the country within 12 months. Created a fulfilment solution for a high-end fashion label and moved their operations within the space of 3 weeks.

Prior to being the Country Manager at TMX Thomas was VP of Fulfilment for a local top 3 eCommerce player TIKI. Established best in class fulfilment and return logistics in Vietnam and was the first to implement automation in the country. Created a Quick Commerce cold chain grocery business within 3 months following C19, offering under 1hour delivery business within all 3 major cities.

Thomas has extensive logistics knowledge & experience, Express, Ecommerce, Last mile, Fulfilment, Return logistics, Aftersales, Automation and Robotics. With a qualified background in financial audits, process audit and management accounting.

Alex has been working in real estate since 2003. Throughout this time Alex has worked across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry including sale & acquisition of investment and development opportunities and therefore has impeccable knowledge of property life-cycle from both landlord and occupier perspectives.

Mr. Joseph Low has been with Keppel for 27 years with a progressive career through diverse roles such as Operations, Corporate Development, Investment and REIT management.
He has extensive real estate management experience and has successfully led various flagship projects in Vietnam since 2014.
He was appointed as the President of Keppel's Real Estate Division (Vietnam) in February 2021.
